In 1895 it was moved to the current location and renamed “the Chicago hotel”, purchased in 1904 and eventually renamed the Park View hotel, then during the 40’s + 50’s it was known as the Colonial Hotel and by 1973 the building was referred to as it is now: The Establishment.
